GTM engineer
A GTM engineer builds the data and workflow systems behind a company's go-to-market motion. The role combines data modeling, workflow tooling, and knowledge of how the sales team sells.
Why it matters
The role is new and hard to fill, and its work often lives in one person's head.
How Limerine uses the term
We build and document what a GTM engineer would, so that a future hire inherits a system.
