The Proof Standard
The Proof Standard is Limerine's public rule that nothing on this site asserts a result without a record behind it. If no record exists, the page shows an empty state. It never shows a placeholder, an estimate, or a borrowed number.
What we commit to
- Every quantitative claim carries a proof record with a method, a baseline, a period, a source type, and an expiry date.
- Customer results are attributed to the customer's own measurement system and named owner, or they are labeled as internally measured.
- Anonymized studies state the reason for anonymization.
- Third-party statistics cite the original publisher, edition, sample size, and date. A secondary aggregator is never the cited source.
- Findings that fail replication or expire are corrected in place with a dated note. Corrections are never silent.
- Commercial interest is disclosed on every research asset.
- Anyone can challenge a claim. Challenges are answered publicly within ten business days.
What counts as proof
A proof record is one of seven types. Each record names its method, its source, the person who approved it, and the date it expires.

A metric without a method does not render. A record past its expiry date is removed from the page and returned to its owner for review.
Where we stand today
This site currently shows no customer results, logos, quotes, or certifications, because no approved proof record exists yet. That is the standard working as intended.
