How the numbers are calculated
- Quota capacity lost per hire = monthly quota x ramp months / 2, assuming a straight-line ramp
- Pay during ramp per hire = monthly on-target earnings x ramp months
- Capacity lost per year = capacity lost per hire x hires
- Capacity regained = monthly quota x months removed / 2 x hires
