Workflow engine
A workflow engine runs defined steps when a condition is met: routing a lead, requesting an approval, or updating a record. Each run is logged with its trigger, its inputs, and its outcome.
Why it matters
Logged, rule-based workflows survive staff changes. Workflows held in one person's account do not.

Every workflow we build is documented and logged in the customer's environment.
