Capacity unit
A capacity unit is Limerine's term for a measure of selling capacity that counts both people and AI agents by the work they complete. The work is counted in units such as qualified conversations held, not in headcount.
Why it matters
Planning by headcount times productivity stops working once agents do part of the work.
How Limerine uses the term
We use it to plan human and AI capacity together in board reporting.
