Net revenue retention

Net revenue retention is the share of recurring revenue from existing customers that a company keeps over a period, counting cancellations and downgrades and adding expansion from those same customers.

Why it matters

A figure above one hundred percent means the existing base grows without new customers.

How Limerine uses the term

We report it alongside gross revenue retention, never in place of it.
