Why are there no prices on the pricing page yet?
Because a price on this site comes only from an approved pricing record with an effective date, and those records are not approved yet. We would rather show an empty row than a number we have not committed to.
Why fixed price for diagnostics?
A diagnostic has a fixed scope, so it should have a fixed price. You know the cost before you start, and we carry the risk of the estimate.
Can you price a build before a diagnostic?
No. We do not price a build on data we have not read. The diagnostic produces a ranked plan, and the build is priced from that plan.
What does a typical first year cost?
We will answer this with real ranges once the pricing records and the first engagements support them. Until then, any figure would be a guess, and we do not publish guesses.
Do you charge for research or tools?
No. Research, tools, the glossary, and documentation are free and open.
