- Every claim on this site carries a record with its method, or it does not appear.
- AI governance
- We will publish which model providers we use, for what, and how customer data is handled. The policy is in review and is not yet published.
- Accessibility
- WCAG 2.2 AA is a build gate for this site, not a goal. A change that fails it cannot ship.
- Open research
- Research, tools, the glossary, and pricing are open by default. We gate an asset only with a recorded reason.
